No-Bake Woolworth Cheesecake


Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, and continue beating until well blended.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
Garnish with fresh fruit or berries before serving.
