Majestic Berry Medley Tart


Directions:
For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the raspberry layer, combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries release their juice. Add the cornstarch mixture, bring to a simmer until thickened, then cool to room temperature.
For the cream cheese layer, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Spread over the chilled crust.
Pour the raspberry layer over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
For the blackberry sauce, repeat the same process as the raspberry layer using blackberries. Cool the sauce and gently pour over the raspberry layer.
Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, or until set. Garnish with whipped cream ,fresh raspberries and blackberries before serving.
