Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos


1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until fully browned.
2. Drain the excess grease from the skillet.
3. Add the Taco Seasoning to the beef, following the package directions.
4. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
5. Mix in the salsa with the cream cheese until well blended.
6. Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
7. Add a spoonful of the seasoned beef on top of the cheese mixture.
8. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the beef.
9. Fold the tortilla like a burrito, enclosing the filling.
10. Lightly grease a baking tray with cooking spray.
11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
12. Place the rolled tortillas on the greased baking tray.
13. Brush the tops of the tortillas with melted butter.
14. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
15. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives, or extra cheese.
