I never thought I’d find my aunties’ old recipe, but I did, and it’s even better than I remember!

Recipe Items
One large can of Pillsbury Grands, 16.3 oz. Classic Southern Style Delightful Biscuits
Eight cubes of mozzarella cheese, each measuring one inch
3-tbsp melted butter
1/8 teaspoon of powdered garlic
teaspoon of Italian seasoning
a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Marinara sauce to dip in, if desired
How to Follow
Gather your baking ingredients and prepare a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 375°F, which is 190°C.
Cut the biscuits into eight pieces after opening the can.
Use your fingertips to gently press down on each biscuit, and then top with a cube of mozzarella.
Seal the biscuits by folding the dough around the cube of cheese and pinching the seams. Verify that the cheese is completely contained.
After you’ve prepared a baking sheet, lay each cheese-filled dough ball on top of it, seam side down.
Melt the butter and combine it with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
After that, top each cheese bomb with some grated Parmesan and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
To get golden brown and bubbling cheese, bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Just give them a few minutes to cool down before you serve them. Warm and serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
Changes and Hints
For a little more flavor, consider pepper jack or cheddar cheese if you’re looking to spice things up. For a meaty twist, try stuffing some pepperoni or cooked bacon with the cheese. Substitute cinnamon sugar butter for the garlic butter and a chocolate square or marshmallow for the cheese for a sweeter variation. If you want to go with these alternatives, you’ll need to tweak the baking time a little.
