Huckleberry Crumb Bars


Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter a 9×9-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugars, and then mix in melted butter and vanilla to form the crumble. Press 350 grams into the bottom of the pan.
Bake the base for 18-20 minutes until golden. Increase oven temperature to 375F.
Toss huckleberries with cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Spread over the baked base and top with remaining crumble.
Bake for 35 minutes until fruit bubbles. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
