Homemade Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake



Whipped cream
Fresh blueberries
Lemon zest for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Crust:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling:
4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
5. Mix in the flour until well incorporated.
6. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Stir in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
8. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.
