Herry Danish Cream Cheese

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Roll out the puff pastry into rectangles and place on the prepared baking sheet.
• In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool.
• In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry rectangles.
• Pour cherry filling over cream cheese layer.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
• Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
• Once the muffins are baked and cooled, spoon or pour whipped cream on top.
• Serve and enjoy!
