Hawaiian Banana Bread


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in mashed bananas, followed by the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in pineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
