Ham Salad with a Delicious Twist

560 grams, or 4 cups, of diced ham.
Mayonnaise, measuring 1/2 cup (120 grams)
half a spoonful of curry powder
Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons
50% ACV, measured as 1/2 teaspoon
quarter of a teaspoon of hot sauce
Pepper and salt to taste.
Here are the directions:
Finely mince the ham in a food processor.
All of the ingredients—mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, and spicy sauce—must be combined in a large bowl. Give it a good stir.
After adding the diced ham to the bowl, stir well to combine the ingredients.
Give the salad a taste and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the ham salad in the fridge to cool down until serving time.
Put this flavorful salad to use as a spread, sandwich filling, or wrap.
Increase the heat by adding more hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Get creative by adding chopped onions, pickles, or herbs like chives or parsley.
Make this salad ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to three days in a covered container.
