Grandma’s Goulash


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, and salt. Cook, stirring often, until the beef is browned.
Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in water and add to the skillet. Stir well.
Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the macaroni noodles to the skillet. Cover and simmer on medium-low for another 20 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Garnish with sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot.
