Gordon Ramsay’s Steak Marinade


In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar until well combined.
Place the steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are evenly coated. If using a plastic bag, seal it tightly and massage the marinade into the steaks.
Season the steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to develop and the meat to tenderize.
When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Slice the steaks against the grain and serve them with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your deliciously marinated steaks!
