Golden Chicken Fritters


In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Using a spoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture per fritter into the skillet, lightly flattening them with the back of the spoon.
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the fritters to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with a side of sour cream or yogurt, if desired.
