Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush slices of Italian bread with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and parsley. Arrange around the edge of a large baking dish, standing up against the sides.

Make the lasagna dip:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
Assemble the dip:
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Spread the ricotta mixture over the bottom of the same baking dish used for the garlic bread.
Top with the meat sauce mixture.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake:
Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, using the garlic bread slices to scoop up the lasagna dip. Enjoy a twist on traditional flavors with this creative, comforting dish! 🧀🥖
