Frozen Hot Chocolate Cheesecake


Directions:
OREO CRUST: Lightly grease a 9-inch springform or pie pan with cooking spray. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, cool for 5 minutes, then blend Oreo cookies to fine crumbs. Combine crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a large bowl, mix well. Press into the bottom and sides of the pan, freeze while preparing the filling.
FILLING: Beat softened cream cheese until creamy, add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Incorporate hot cocoa mixes and cocoa powder. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until even in color, then fold in dehydrated marshmallows if using.
FREEZE: Pour the filling over the crust, smooth top, cover, and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours. Serve with a sharp knife, optionally garnish with whipped cream.
