Easy Sausage Breakfast Muffins


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin to prevent sticking.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until it’s fully cooked and nicely browned. Use a spoon to crumble the sausage as it cooks. Once cooked, drain off any excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until they’re well beaten. Then, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick baking mix, and the cooked sausage until everything is evenly combined.
Once the mixture is ready, evenly distribute it into the greased muffin cups, filling each cup about two-thirds full. This will ensure that the muffins rise properly as they bake.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
