Easiest Pineapple Cake Recipe


– 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
– 1 – 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix together all the cake ingredients until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

2. For the frosting, beat together the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until smooth.

3. Once the cake is baked, frost it with the cream cheese frosting while it’s still warm. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
