Decadent Dark Chocolate Cheesecake


Instructions:

Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with butter and press into a springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Prepare for water bath.
Filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Add eggs one at a time. Pour into crust and bake in a water bath at 300°F for around 65 minutes.
Ganache Swirls: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, whisk until smooth. Cool to room temp for piping.
Assemble: After the cheesecake cools, add ganache topping and create swirls. Garnish with chocolate bar triangles and shavings.
