Death by Chocolate Poke Cake


Preheat your oven and prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions using eggs, oil, and water. Bake in a greased 9×13 cake pan.
Once baked, immediately poke holes all over the cake using the end of a mixing spoon.
In a medium bowl, microwave sweetened condensed milk and Hershey Chocolate Bars for 45 seconds, stirring until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
Allow the cake to cool on the counter for an hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours to let the sweet mixture soak in.
For the topping, use a chilled mixing bowl to whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Gradually add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and whip until stiff peaks form.
Spread the chocolate whipped cream over the cake, drizzle with Hersheys Chocolate Syrup, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
