Crockpot Cowboy Soup


Directions:
Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Combine Ingredients in Crockpot: Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot. Add diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, beef broth, taco seasoning, and water. Stir to combine.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Add Pasta: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the soup. Continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
