Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes


Directions:
1. In the slow cooker, combine the frozen diced hash brown potatoes, diced onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
2. Set the slow cooker to high heat and cook for 4 hours.
3. After 4 hours, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the potatoes. Cover and continue cooking on high for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Once cooked, taste the potatoes and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy the creamy and cheesy goodness of these crockpot cheesy potatoes as a delightful side dish!
