Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes


Preheat your oven to a hot 400°F (200°C). It’s about to get steamy in here!
In a large bowl, lovingly toss your potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Make sure each slice is evenly coated – they should all get equal attention.
Lay the slices out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Space them out; they’re not fans of cuddling.
Generously shower the potatoes with grated Parmesan. It’s raining cheese, hallelujah!
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they’ve reached peak Crispy Crunchy perfection.
