Excellent with breakfast or as a snack.
What’s in it:
one hundred milliliters (3.4 fluid ounces) of hot water;
hundred grams (3.4 ounces) of flour;
a quarter of a pound of sugar 18 grams;
10% active yeast, measured in grams (0.3 oz);
5 kilos (1 pound) of flour;
(3.4 oz) of sugar, 100g;
butter, melted, 70 grams (2.3 ounces);
half a cup of warm milk;
one egg
egg white (one)
For layering, butter at room temperature;
Rinse egg.
