Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta


1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
5. Return chicken to the skillet with the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese until well combined and cheese melts.
6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
