Creamy Cucumber Shrimp Salad


In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled cooked shrimp and sliced cucumber.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh dill or chives, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the shrimp and cucumber mixture.
If using optional additions such as celery and/or red onion, add them to the salad and toss gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
