Creamy Chicken Tuscan Pasta


Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, minced garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly.
3. In a deep skillet that is oven-safe, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Turn off the heat and add the sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, uncooked penne pasta, and Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Mix everything together until well combined.
5. Pour the boiling water over the mixture and stir to combine.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
8. Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
9. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired, before serving.
