Creamy Beef Pasta


Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the heavy cream and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
