Bake the cake as per package instructions. Once cooled, poke holes over the cake using a fork.
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cold water, and pour over the cake. Chill for at least 3 hours.
Mix pudding with milk until thick, fold in whipped topping, and frost the cake.
Garnish with mandarin oranges and mint sprigs before serving.
Notes :
The cake absorbs more flavor as it chills, ideally overnight.
For a vibrant touch, add fresh orange zest to the pudding mix.
