Cream Cheese Strawberry Banana Bread Recipe


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Add the mashed bananas and mashed strawberries to the mixture, and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the cream cheese to the banana mixture and mix until incorporated.

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chopped strawberries, if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, slice the Cream Cheese Strawberry Banana Bread and serve. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
