Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken


1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

2. Prepare the Chicken Breasts: Using a sharp knife, carefully butterfly each chicken breast to create a pocket without cutting all the way through. Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.

3. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.

4. Stuff the Chicken Breasts: Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, then press the edges to seal.

5. Coat the Chicken: Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos chips, pressing gently to adhere.

6. Bake the Chicken: Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

7. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
