Cranberry Orange Bread


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in orange zest.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and orange juice to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
