Cowboy Cookies, also known as Ranger Cookies, are chewy oatmeal cookies that are both robust and soft. They have a nutty crunch, chocolate chips that are ooey-gooey, coconut flakes, and a ton of flavor!
Items needed: half a cup of melted butter, one stick of
1:1 cup of brown sugar
a single big egg
1-tsp. vanilla essence
1 and 3/4 cups of traditional oats
3/8 cup of all-purpose flour
Baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon
half a cup of confectionery chips
1/2 cup of coconut that has been shredded
3/4 cup of pecans that have been chopped
