CORN CAKE IN BLENDER

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, put all the ingredients except the yeast, beat everything very well, add the yeast and mix manually with the help of a spatula until all the yeast has dissolved (blender off).
  2. Grease a baking pan with butter and corn flour and pour the mixture into it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60-75 minutes.
