Copycat McDonald’s Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel


1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and dill in a small bowl to make the breakfast sauce. Chill in the fridge.
2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sliced onions with a pinch of salt until slightly browned. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, toss shaved steak with Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Melt another tablespoon of butter in the skillet and cook steak until browned. Mix in onions and divide into two portions. Place cheese slices on top to melt.
4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and scramble the beaten eggs, dividing into two portions.
5. Toast the bagels on a skillet or in a toaster. Spread prepared sauce on each bagel half. Layer bottom half of each bagel with scrambled eggs, then top with steak and onion mixture. Finish with the top half of the bagel.
6. Serve and enjoy your homemade breakfast delight!
