Coconut Lemon Crumble Bars

Ingredients:

2 cupsflour
¾ cupsugar
1 tspbaking powder
2 cupsdried coconut, medium cut
pinch salt
1 cupbutter, cut in small pieces
FOR THELEMON FILLING
⅓ cupcake flour
⅓ cupcorn starch
1½ cupssugar
5 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Zest of 2 large (or 3 small) lemons, very finely chopped
Juice of 2 large (or 3 small) lemons
2 cups water
3 tbspbutter
pinchsalt
