Add the Topping: In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Spread this mixture over the meatloaf, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
Rest and Serve: Once baked, allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This ensures that the juices redistribute throughout, keeping the meatloaf moist.
