Classic Chicken Fajitas


In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
In the same pan, sauté the peppers and onions until slightly charred and tender, about 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken and vegetables with warm tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
