Instructions:
1. Sift and Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Scoop the batter into muffin/cupcake pan lined with muffin liners.
5. Top each muffin with more chocolate chips!
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 6 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for another 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
