Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Brownies


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with nonstick foil.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the butter and 8 ounces of chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Mix in the sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla, combining well.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt, folding to incorporate.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool completely in the pan.
For the topping, lay the sliced strawberries over the cooled brownie.
Melt the remaining 8 ounces of chocolate and pour over the strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
