Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
4. While the potatoes are baking, brown the sausage slices in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and top with the cooked sausage slices and shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Drizzle the ranch dressing evenly over the top.
7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
