Cajun Shrimp and Sizzling Steak

Ingredients:

Steak:
1 lb steak (Ribeye or Sirloin), cut into cubes
½ cup + 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
Additional:
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
