Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo


1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until they’re pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
6. Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce is creamy.
8. Return the chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well-coated with the Alfredo sauce.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
