Big Mac Sliders

– Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly prepare a 9×13 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayo, French dressing, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, granulated sugar, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to make the Mac sauce. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped onion. Mix until fully combined.
4. Press the beef mixture into the prepared baking sheet, creating a flat, even rectangle. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. While the beef is cooking, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a bread knife, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Spread a thick layer of Mac sauce on the bottom half.
6. Top the sauce with shredded lettuce, the cooked hamburger patty, American cheese slices, and pickle chips.
7. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings and gently press down.
8. Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Transfer the sliders to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Serve immediately with french fries or extra Mac sauce on the side.
