Balsamic Baked Chicken Breast


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, honey, and Dijon mustard.
3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them. Make sure each breast is evenly coated.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle with the cooking juices before serving.
