Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti layer.
Top with the remaining spaghetti.
Pour the meat sauce over the top of the spaghetti.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
