Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, followed by the cream cheese mixture, beef sauce, and finally half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
