Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, barbecue sauce, diced onion, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it down evenly.
Optional: Drizzle additional ketchup and barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf for extra flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
