Asian-inspired Chicken Cranberry Salad


1. Prepare the Salad:
– In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, diced chicken, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, red onion, sesame sticks (if using), and chopped cilantro.
– Add mandarin oranges if desired.

2. Make the Dressing:
– In a blender, blend together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, minced ginger, and toasted sesame oil until smooth.
– Add 3 tablespoons of water to adjust consistency if needed.

3. Combine:
– Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture according to your preference.
– Gently toss the salad to coat evenly.

4. Serve immediately.
