Cream Cheese, softened

Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface.
Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper.
Add a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.
Fold the sides of the wrapper toward the center and roll up from the bottom to create a tight roll. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
