Chicken cutlets always turn out tender, soft and juicy. To make them more fragrant, add herbs, especially dill. And butter makes them very juicy.

To prepare you will need the following ingredients:

  • chicken meat, 1 kg;
  • loaf or white bread, 6 pcs;
  • onion, 300 g;
  • garlic, 1 clove;
  • milk, 150 ml;
  • butter, 30 g;
  • mayonnaise, 2 tbsp;
  • salt and paprika 1 tbsp each;
  • pepper, greens.
