Strawberry Rhubarb Pie!

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
– 2 cups sliced strawberries
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 package (14 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
